Sad news hit the media in Partium: László Farkas, a local history writer from Oradea and a member of the Hungarian Photographic Society of the Carpathian Basin (KMFT), passed away on Sunday, April 28. László Farkas participated in the inaugural meeting of the KMFT in Szeged on 26 March 2022 and became the 12th creative member of the KMFT on 4 September 2023. He regularly participated with his works in the projects of the KMFT and in the Bihar Photojournalism Competition organised by the Euro Foto Art International Association, where he won the Károly Szathmári Pap bronze medal in 2022 and the Károly Szathmári Pap plaque in 2023. Rest in peace!
